Do I need to buy a new Tally license?
No. Your existing TallyPrime or Tally ERP 9 license moves to the cloud as-is, whether Silver or Gold. We handle the installation and activation on the cloud server.
Is my accounting data safe on the cloud?
Safer than on an office PC. Data sits on firewalled, access-controlled servers with encrypted connections, and automatic daily backups protect against deletion, corruption, or ransomware.
Can I print invoices and export to Excel from cloud Tally?
Yes. Printing works on your local printers, and exports to Excel and PDF download straight to your computer, exactly as they do today.
What happens to my data if I stop the service?
It is your data, always. We hand over a complete copy of your Tally company files and backups, and only then decommission your server.
