We use your enquiry details only to reply to you, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Who can see it

Enquiries are shared within Intelix Technologies and the Aptivix Technologies group, and with service providers that help us run email and customer records, under confidentiality obligations. We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer required, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to being contacted, by writing to info@aptivix.in. We respond within 30 days.
