Overview

Business email that is professional, secure, and always on. Email is still where business happens: contracts, approvals, customer communication. Sending it from a free address undermines your brand, and running it on a neglected server risks losing it.

Common questions

  • Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or hosted email: which should we choose?

Google Workspace suits teams that live in the browser and collaborate in shared documents. Microsoft 365 fits organizations invested in Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Dedicated hosted email is the economical choice when you mainly need reliable mailboxes.

  • Can we run our own mail server instead of paying per user every month?

Yes, and past a certain team size it is often the economical choice. We deploy and manage dedicated mail servers on your premises or on cloud infrastructure: commercial platforms like MDaemon and SmarterMail with flat licensing, and open-source stacks like Mailcow with no licence cost at all.

  • Will we lose any emails when migrating?

No. We run a staged migration that copies all historical mail, folders, contacts, and calendars before switching delivery, and both systems run in parallel through the cutover window.

  • Why do our emails keep landing in customers' spam folders?

Almost always because SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are missing or misconfigured, or because your domain shares a poor-reputation server.
